John Mayer may have a bad reputation for how he treats ladies, but Kim Kardashian is no better as seen by her recent dumping of football hunk Austin Miles. Well a new rumor in the New York Post gossip column indicates that Kim Kardashian and John Mayer may be checking each other out before going on their first date!

According to the New York Post, Kardashian and Mayer were happily chatting with a group of friends and getting cozy in a New York recently. Perhaps casually checking each other out to see if they would hit it off. There have been rumors around Kardashian and Mayer being a couple late last year, but Mayer denied them via twitter pretty quickly.
