The surviving text on this page came from a Polish celebrity report published in April 2008. It said Kim Kardashian objected to businesses using photographs of her face and body in advertisements, billboards and leaflets without permission.

The report attributed to Kardashian the position that her body and image were her property and could not simply be taken for commercial use. It also said she intended to challenge unauthorized uses and require advertisers to pay when they wanted to benefit from her likeness.

Because the original page lost both its heading and image, this restoration supplies a descriptive title and an English summary. The statements remain attributed to the period source; they are not presented as a ruling in a specific lawsuit, and no missing legal documents have been invented.
